Charlie & Dan are two “live in the minute” bachelors that have no real idea about life and family. But they get a rude crash course when Vicki (Kellly Preston) playing Williams’ ex-wife suddenly shows up at his door with 2 kids and a dog and asks that he take care of them. Watch Old Dogs online and see how Dan (Robin Williams) handles the situation with his best friend Charlie (John Travolta). Seth Green & Bernie Mac add some sublime comedy as this motley crew tries their level best to take care of the two boisterous kids.

The story is told in a linear fashion and the cinematography and camera work are impressive. The script by David Weismann & David Diamond is as crisp as a winter’s morning. The soundtrack by John Debney is an eclectic mix of feet-tapping and soothing melodies that go well with the story on screen.At the end of the day, this motion picture is as much about the importance of family as it is about doing the right thing at the right time. It seeks to find some meaning about life, but at the same time manages not to take itself too seriously.
